Welcome to the 23 Zombie Things blog! I'm Ric, a librarian at The University of Southampton, and this blog is part of the Library's first venture into "23 Things" - a programme of tasks that are intended to introduce library staff to Web 2.0 technologies.
The idea of "23 Things" has been around in libraries for several years now - but this is Southampton's first attempt at it. I'll be leading the tasks to do with using Blogger, Twitter, Flickr, Creative Commons images and experimenting with different browsers.
I'll be spicing up my blog with posts on zombies, as it's a popular topic at the moment and it appeals to both me and my wife - whether it's watching zombie movies, or playing zombie games (we make a mean Dead Nation team!).
